North Tulsa Community Photo Album will be a representation of North Tulsa in 2024/2025. An outdoor studio will be set up at sites in different North Tulsa neighborhoods, allowing residents to have their photograph made—with captions of their choosing—to add to an ever-growing photo album. Some locations will welcome cars and horses. The photo album will be on view at several locations after all photos have been added and sitters will receive a copy of their portrait.
